MyDestiny Cable
Posted on September 1, 2006
Just applied for mydestiny cable internet two days ago thru sir alan of tipidpc. Mydestiny haven’t called us but sir alanyu told me that we are scheduled on august 31, that was yesterday, and subject to delay by 3 days.
We tried applying for PLDTs myDSL but our area is not covered, so we’re sticking to mydestiny and check if it’s good. I’ll post some feedbacks and speed tests when I got connected. For now, am still stuck with this old school dial up.

reliable yung si alan. nakabitan in a matter of 2 days yung girlfriend ko ng pldt mydsl.
hehe. akala ko walang nagbabasa rito.. hehe
talaga? ung mydestiny medyo matagal. nadelay nanaman.. baka bukas daw kakabit.. hay sana nga…
kneeko, hehe wala pa nga po e. tagal makabit. sana nga ngayon na… i’ll update my other blog soon. kapag may kwenta ang naisip ko haha
[…] Update lang, nakakahiya naman kay kneeko dahil di daw ako naguupdate dito sa isa ko pang bahay. hehe […]
I’m planning to apply for MyDestiny Cable internet because MyDSL service here in our place sucks hard even SkyDSL service is horrible. I just want to ask a question, did you pay an installation fee for your Destiny internet?
hi blaise, I paid a total of 2500 on the installation day. 500 for installation fee. 2000 will be refundable on the 9th month of your subscription, they have a lock-in period of 8 months.
Wow, only 8 months lock-in period? usually the lock in period is about 12-24 months. how much is your monthly?
http://blaise_gomez.blogs.friendster.com/my_blog/
hi blaise, monthly is P999. Ok naman ang speed.. decente naman hehe… yong 2000 eh you can use it to pay for your 9th and 10th month bill..
oh, cool! what’s the 2000 bucks for anyway?
dba cash out on the installation day is 2500 bucks: 500 for the installation fee and 2000 for the lock in period of 8 months. If you reached 9th month then you could use that 2000 to pay for your bill instead of refunding it.
If you have other choices, don’t even consider getting MyDestiny. Downtimes are horrible. It gets disconnected frequently and the service is slow. Installation was slow, mine got delayed for a week. Their customer support is almost non-existent. You’ll get through to an agent by pure luck.
Damn destiny’s customer service sucks!!! Do they really have a live person to answer the phone..fuck I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and all I get is ..sorry all customer representatives are busy at the moment ..pls stay on the line and will attend to you shortly..” keeps on playing like a broken recorder!!!
if i apply for an internet connection kailan yun maikakabit? sana d soonest possible kasi kailangan un ng aming cooperative,
please sn maikabit agad
