What is wrong with Hotmail?

Awhile ago I signed in to my Hotmail account which Iâ€™ve been using since high school and then this page surprised me.
congrats WTF
Yeah! Congratulate me because they reserved a hotmail account for me. WTF! First of all, Iâ€™ve been using this account for about four or five years and then theyâ€™ll say that theyâ€™ve reserved it just for me! Secondly, I didnâ€™t even ask you to reserve it for me! Argh
And Lastly, Iâ€™m still using my hotmail account for my MSN Messenger, so why the heck they would deactivate it?

So there, my account was deactivated because of not signing in for at least 30 days. The good thing is that theyâ€™ve â€œReserved that account for meâ€, which is really funny, and the bad thing is that all of my emails and cheesy love notes from whoever was gone. Disappeared. Removed.

I so hate Hotmail!

They shouldâ€™ve deactivated my account but not to the point that they would delete every single message in my account. They didnâ€™t even send me a notice.
